Step 1: Full Scope Performance Assessment
Kick off your journey with a comprehensive evaluation! We measure key athletic indicators to pinpoint your strengths and areas for improvement. This detailed analysis allows us to build a personalized plan that targets your goals.

Step 2: Accelerator Sessions
Next, take part in our one-on-one "Accelerator" sessions, where our expert coaches teach you the fundamentals of elite athletic movement. Whether you're building power, speed, or agility, we ensure you master the right techniques to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
Step 3: Semi-Private Training

Once you're confident in your foundation, you’ll transition to our semi-private training sessions with up to 5 other athletes. Don’t worry — you’ll still follow a program customized just for you, but with the added energy and motivation of a supportive group environment.

Jared starting working with our oldest son, Jacob, in 2020 when Jacob was 15 years old. He is now 18 and has completely transformed...physically and mentally (he has gained so much confidence). His devotion to Training is 100% credited to Jared and his coaching style and belief in Jacob- and the results! Our youngest son, Carter, started with Jared in 2021 at 14 years old. He is now almost 16 and, again, incredible results in his physical strength and overall confidence. Jared customizes the programs to each of them and helps them achieve their goals (over and over again). After several conversations, the boys convinced me to give it a try. I felt I had plateaued with my workout routine and thought it couldn't hurt to mix something new in. Just before my 44th birthday, I started training with Jared and am so glad my boys talked me into it. I never would have imagined I would be deadlifting or bench-pressing the weight I am...and I have only just begun! We couldn't recommend Jared enough!
