In order to provide the best experience for our members and staff, REP has a firm 4 Week (28-Day) Cancellation Policy.
By completing and submitting this form, it will serve as your 28-day written cancellation notice as required by your REP membership agreement.
Any recurring billing within the next 28 days will process as scheduled and payments are non-refundable. No recurring billing will take place AFTER the 28 day period.
Athletes are able to utilize their membership and attend sessions through the final pay period.
All recurring billing is completed on a 28-day cycle. Below is an example of this policy in action.
Example – Your billing cycle renews on May 25th, and you submit your cancellation request on May 15th. Your Weekly bills for May 25th through June 22nd will run as normal, but no further recurring payments will process. You are able to attend training sessions during the full 4-week cycle from May 25th through June 22nd.
If you decide to return to REP and reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of your return will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. Also, should you decide to return, we are unable to guarantee access, or attendance to specific time-slots, due to limited program capacity.
