I first walked into a weight room when I was in 4th grade with some soccer teammates. Continued working in strength and speed training while playing a variety of sports through high school. Around 14 Soccer evolved as my primary focus eventually earning All-State recognition my senior season. After high school I picked up CrossFit as a means to stay active, work on strength, and scratch the competitive itch. Coaching through college then continuing to develop my training career, I'm thankful for the opportunity to push people to their potential in fitness and performance.
