"As a National Medalist Olympic weightlifter, I’ve been mentored by some of the world’s top strength coaches and have trained alongside many of the best athletes in the United States.

I believe most young athletes never experience the type of training that truly elite performers use at the highest levels of sport. That belief is what led me to start Richmond Elite Performance.

Our mission is simple: to train athletes using the same proven methods taught and applied at the highest levels—and to bring true elite athletic development to the Midwest."

  • CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

  • IYCA - Youth Athletic Assessment Specialist

  • IYCA - Certified Speed and Agility Specialist

I first walked into a weight room when I was in 4th grade with some soccer teammates. Continued working in strength and speed training while playing a variety of sports through high school. Around 14 Soccer evolved as my primary focus eventually earning All-State recognition my senior season. After high school I picked up CrossFit as a means to stay active, work on strength, and scratch the competitive itch. Coaching through college then continuing to develop my training career, I'm thankful for the opportunity to push people to their potential in fitness and performance.
